Terra Lounge distils Udaipur into a single material story: sandstone the colour of late afternoon, leather the colour of cured tobacco, and a hand-beaten copper bar that took four months and two families of artisans. Nothing in the room is printed, laminated or pretended.
Hospitality interiors age badly when they chase trends. We chose materials that improve with abuse — the copper bar's fingerprints and patina are the design. Year five will look better than day one.
